At the end of every term, children who have read three times a week for the whole term are entered into a special prize draw. On Friday 16th December, the winners from each year group took a trip to WHSmiths to spend their £5 book voucher. The children were so excited and couldn’t believe that they got to keep their actual books. The trip was rounded off by sharing our books and drinking a delicious hot chocolate.

Don’t forget - you’ve got to be in it, to win it! Reading is the most important thing we can do with our children and we want to foster a love of it. We wonder who will be on our next trip?
