How do I pay for lunches?
School lunches need to be booked and paid for in advance using the School Gateway app. Each meal costs £2.35. Many parents find the app very easy to use. Your login details will have been sent you by the office. If you need a reminder of the details, please do contact us and we will happily send them to you again.
You can top up your child's account by as much as you like. The money will then be deducted when you order a lunch. Lunches need to be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance, details are on the letter above.
Universal Free Meals in Reception, Yr1 and Yr2
Children in Reception, Yr1 and 2 all receive universal free meals, as well as a healthy snack during morning break. You do not have to do anything for this; your child will automatically receive it.
Free School Meals
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 automatically get free school meals.
However, parents and guardians in receipt of certain benefits are encouraged to apply for free school meals when they enrol their child in school, as this can help their child’s school to attract additional ‘pupil premium‘ funding to support learning.
